You’ll find a series of short videos designed by your hospital team to guide you through every step of your journey - from preparing for your operation to getting back on your feet afterwards.

You can watch these videos at your own pace, as many times as you like, and share them with your family or carers too.

Our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported to get home as quickly as possible after your surgery.
