It's really important you let us know if you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment so we can offer the time to someone else who's waiting.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as much in advance as possible.

There are several ways to change or cancel your hospital appointment:

Patient Portal

You may be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment using our Patient Portal. This will depend on the type of appointment you have.

Phone

If the appointment you want to reschedule or cancel is in less than three days' time, please phone us to let us know.

Email

Some of our services are able to cancel or reschedule appointments via email. Responses to emails may take a few days so if urgent, please phone or use the Patient Portal.

Webchat

You can use our webchat to book, rearrange or cancel an Outpatient appointment. It's manned by our Outpatients team and is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.45pm. If you message outside of those times, the team will get back to you when they are next in the office.
