Your feedback and questions

We want to hear from as many people as possible as part of our engagement programme so that we can understand the full range of community experiences and views, make sure we address any concerns and get everyone’s good ideas about how we can improve our services and provide the best possible hospitals for the future.

We are running a two phase programme. Phase one launched in February and finished on 24 March and we have published the full survey results. There are also further details in the May 2021 board papers (pages 185-277) and the press release. The second phase of the engagement will launch in May.

We have produced two briefing documents so that you can read more about our plans and proposals – the Your Care, Your Views document and a summary version..

The survey design and analysis will be carried out by Timmus Research Limited, in collaboration with West Hertfordshire NHS Trust.

Responding to feedback and questions

We will listen for all non-written feedback from meetings, note written comments and analyse survey feedback and have arranged for it to be independently reviewed and analysed.

We will review all the feedback analysis at the same time as we realise some suggestions may conflict with others and so we will need to consider them all at the same time. Our intention is to address feedback from the formal engagement in a response document and through any follow-up engagement activities.
