The Women and neonatal services unit is one of the largest in the region, providing an extensive range of care options for women in the West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust locality.
The obstetric service manages over 5,800 births per year, incorporating facilities for both high and low risk women. Antenatal services are provided on the Watford, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead sites, in conjunction with community services / GP practices.
