Referring a patient – how to refer a patient
All patients referred from a GP will come via the Choose & Book system where all our clinics are published. We no longer accept paper referrals or referrals via fax.
If you are referring a patient for us on the 2 week wait pathway, please ensure the patient has a creatinine sent, as without this we are unable to perform a CT scan on our patients.
