GP requested blood tests
If your GP surgery has asked you to have a blood test, you must bring the blood test request form so that our staff know which tests have been requested. We can’t get the information we need from a mobile screen, so please bring the paper form so we can proceed with the test. On arrival, you can check in using our kiosk.
