I qualified from Bombay University, India in 1990 and completed a three year Residency Programme in Bombay followed by an M.D. in Paediatrics from Bombay University.
I worked as a Senior PICU Registrar for year and then as a Lecturer in Paediatrics in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and G.S. Medical College for a year. I came to the UK in 1995 and passed my MRCP in 1997, followed by a five-year Specialist Registrar Rotation in the London Region including Specialist Training in Nephrology and Gastroenterology. I have been working as a Consultant Paediatrician at Watford since Aug 2003 and mainly developing the Nephrology service and supporting the Gastroenterology service.
