Professional profile
I graduated from University of Oxford Medical School in 1989 having performed my pre-clinical training at the University of Cambridge. I initially trained in General Practice before developing my career in Paediatrics. My Paediatric speciality training took place in the London Deanery where I did sub-speciality training in Paediatric Endocrinology. My initial interest was in growth and I spent 3 years in research at UCL and completed an MD entitled “Evaluation of GH bioactivity”. At present I have a special interest in Paediatric diabetes.
