West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust's Orthopaedics service provides a comprehensive service for all orthopaedic problems across the three Trust sites.

Orthopaedics is the medical specialty that focuses on injuries and diseases of your body's musculoskeletal system. This complex system includes your bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves and allows you to move, work, and be active.

Trauma and orthopaedics currently has 17 consultants specialising in all areas of the body, including hip, knee, foot, ankle, shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist and Spinal Services .
