Simulation Technician for WiSER

My name is Mary Holding, and I am the Simulation Technician for West Herts Initiative in Simulation Education and Research (WiSER).

I am the Trust’s first Simulation Technician; it has been a fantastic opportunity starting in a new department and helping to shape the future of WiSER.

I have since gained my MSc in Medical and Healthcare Simulation, with a focus on Human Factors and Debriefing. Studying whilst in a full-time role was a challenge but one that I am proud to have taken on, and I am extremely grateful. I look forward to my future within Simulation Based Education, and I plan to continue to develop myself and encouraging others to do the same.
