Catherine Benson
Catherine graduated from the University of Cardiff in 2019 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and went on to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine in 2021.
She is a senior physiotherapist at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust and specialises in musculoskeletal disorders.
Catherine has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has also completed courses on taping for sports and post injury.
Catherine is passionate about empowering patients through education and placing focus on individual patient goals.
