Booking onto a Course

If you would like to book onto one of the courses, click here

We want to help you get the best from our courses. Below is a break down of the programmes and courses we offer in the West Herts Trust. Due to demand we are only able to offer ONE COUPLE'S COURSE per couple.

If you are accessing a couple's course via the NCT or another private organisation and you feel you need to attend another course then you would help us immensely if, for your NHS course, you booked onto a women's only course.

Our program is the same throughout all of our courses. So, whether you opt for the women only, the couple's evening course or the one stop days, the program is the same.

» What is the program for first time parents?

We cover:

  • Labour and birth (mechanics and stages of it, support in labour, signs of, when is a good time to come in, optimal fetal positioning).
