Your consultant is likely to request diagnostic tests. West Herts has state of the art equipment that enables the trust to provide procedures and high-resolution images often not available at smaller private hospitals.
Your consultant will soon have your results will be able to view images through our PACS view system. Any results of concern are flagged as urgent to ensure fast response and action.
Our cardiac CT/MRI suite at Watford General is one of only a few NHS sites outside London. It has state of the art CT technology with impressive dose reduction software. St Albans City Hospital has the new CT 2020 MRI 2021.
