Prices and payment

We have affordable package price options for the most common treatments and procedures and will provide you with a detailed quote of all your expected costs prior to any treatment, so there are no surprises.

We welcome self-funding patients, you don’t need insurance to have access to private healthcare, and our prices are affordable. If you are insured, you need to let your insurance company know you are seeking treatment before you visit so that they can tell you whether your policy covers the treatment and how to make a claim.

When you visit your GP, remember to tell them you have private medical insurance. Your GP will refer you to the appropriate specialty and we will find the most appropriate consultant for you.

At the initial consultation, your consultant will discuss the treatment plan with you. Then you should call your health insurer who will authorise your treatment and provide you with an authorisation code.

When you visit, please remember to bring the following information so that we can settle your account with your insurance company:

  • Name of the insurance company
  • Registration number
  • The scale or level of your insurance cover
  • Claim form
  • Claim number or authorisation code
  • Claim forms

Most insurance companies require you and either your GP or consultant to complete the claim form. Where possible, you need to make sure it is completed before or on admission. Once we have the correct information and authorisation, we will send our invoice directly to your insurance company.

Please note: As the patient, you are responsible for making sure your account is settled in full. This means any payment reminders will be sent to you and you’ll need to cover any shortfall.

Self-funding patients

If you don't have medical insurance, you can still choose to fund your own private treatment. For some procedures, it is possible to choose a fixed cost package which enables you to know the total cost before the start of your treatment.

All self-funding patients will be required to pay the full cost of their treatment prior to admission. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, banker's draft or cheque. Please note, the fixed cost surgery does not include private outpatient consultations before or after inpatient treatment or any ambulance transfers.
