Latest COVID-19 guidance

Our guidance is reviewed regularly.

Last updated: 19 July 2021

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are having to make changes to our services. Appointments are currently either face to face, or virtual by telephone or video call. Our administration team will contact you with regards to your appointment type. The necessary risk assessments will be completed on arrival to the department should you need to attend the department for any of your appointments.

Currently classes are limited and capacity for patients is reduced due to social distancing. Should your physiotherapist feel you would benefit from attending one of our classes they will discuss that with you during your appointments.

Face coverings are to be worn inside the department at all times, including during classes, unless you are exempt. Should you be exempt from wearing a face covering, please inform your physiotherapist prior to attending the department and bring your exemption card or wear your lanyard on arrival.

If you have any symptoms of coronavirus or have to isolate for any given reason then please contact our department on 01923 378 130 and inform our administrative team of this. You will be able to rearrange your appointment or if you were due to attend the department then your physiotherapist may be able to change the appointment to a virtual appointment if you feel well enough.

If you have any queries, please contact us on 01923 378130 between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
