Patient Affairs
We are a small team based at Watford who offers our bereavement service across the Trust.
Our work involves dealing with extremely sensitive situations surrounding the legal documentation and processes following a bereavement, this is where the majority our time is spent. However, we are involved with other duties as listed below.
- Cashier service for patients, visitors and staff
- Reimbursement of travel costs
- Patients Property, safekeeping of valuables deposited
- Loss and compensation claims for property/valuables
- Staff training
