Recent Profressional Achievements
Community Integrated COPD services: (2007-2016): Designed, negotiated, and developed Integrated Community COPD service for Barnet and West Herts areas covering a catchment population of 850,000. This service provided Hospital at Home, Oxygen assessments at home, Community Consultant and Nurse clinics, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Early supported discharge, and HCP education. This service was nomination for patient care and safety by the HSJ and has been assessed as excellent with very high ranking/outcomes by the Atlas of Variation 2012, 2015.
Interstitial Lung Disease (2016): Designed and implemented the North London Interstitial Lung Disease Pathway for the Royal Free Vanguard sites.
Sleep services across Barnet and Chase Farm (2009-2015). Set up and led a new sleep service across trust with currently 700 CPAP users with a full web-based documented compliance data collection.
IMPACT educational course (2007-2018): Implemented a high intensity training course for pre-registrars based on national course to improve patient safety. Have run 18 courses with highly positive trainee feedback scores.
