Referrals

• Referrals are made by your General Practitioner or if you have attended our Accident & Emergency Department or by other Departments including Community Paediatric Audiology
• GP referred out-patient appointments are now usually made by yourself or your GP on the Choose and Book system, unless on the “Two-Week-Wait” pathway
• If your GP feels you need to be seen as an emergency they will contact us directly on your behalf
