Foot and Ankle Unit
Mr Ben Rudge and Mr Edmund Ieong are Consultant Orthopedic Surgeons providing a dedicated, expert Foot and Ankle surgery service at West Herts NHS Trust.
Outpatient clinics are conducted at St Albans City Hospital. Surgery is performed at Watford General Hospital and St Albans City Hospital.
Mr Roderick Coull, Mr Ben Rudge and Mr Edmund Ieong treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including arthritis, deformity (e.g. bunions, flat foot), sports conditions (e.g. ligament and tendon injuries) and trauma.
They use the latest techniques, to include arthroscopic, open and minimally invasive surgery.
All surgeons work closely with Orthotics, Podiatry, Physiotherapy and Diabetes to ensure optimal management of their patients.
