List and Registers
Any information we are currently legally required to hold in publicly available registers is detailed in this section.
List of main contractors / suppliers
The Trust does not maintain a list of contractors and suppliers. Our purchasing is done through the Hertfordshire NHS Supply Management Confederation. Please refer to Section 2 – ‘What we spend and how we spend it’ for details.
Assets registers and Information Asset Register
The Trust maintains registers of our physical and information assets - however we do not publish this for security reasons.
Any register of interests kept in the authority
Any declared interests of the Trust are detailed in our Annual Reports and Accounts and are reported regularly to the Board.
Register of Gifts and Hospitality provided to Board members and senior personnel.
Any details of Gifts and Hospitality provided to Board or senior members of staff can be obtained from the Company Secretary.
Trust employees are governed by the Trust’s published policy which can be found in section 5 – ‘Policies and Procedures’.
Disclosure Log
The Trust maintains a log of every Freedom of Information request we have received and the responses we gave.
