Nomination: David is a very hardworking porter who will always go the extra mile for the patients and staff. He always comes onto the shift smiling and greets everyone he is always willing to help others and even after finishing his work in Acute Admissions Unit he is willing and eager to help the other porters in the main block. David is liked by all the staff in AAU and is missed when he is not on shift. David thoroughly deserves this award for his general kindness and hard work.

Nomination: David works very hard, very willing to help others even when he is busy. He always smile and we like by everyone.

Nomination: Always helpful, willing to go the extra mile for patients and colleagues. Always cheerful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Nomination: David has always been an exceptional hospital employee. During my night duty and while the hospital Accident and Emergency department was facing extreme capacity pressure, David was performing patients transfers at Acute Admissions Unit and he was taking initiative to support the nursing staff and the bed management team wherever it needed. As result of his presence on the shop-floor and his team work, the Accident and Emergency department became safe and the Hospital capacity run to normal level for the night.

I strongly believe that David's work adds value to Watford General Hosptial operation and he deserves recognition for this.

Nomination: David is always there ready to help you with any thing you ask he is so hard working and is always on the move David is very polite and its always a pleasure to work with him.

He has always worked hard and does all the jobs as requested he is a brilliant porter and I think he should get an award for the hard work he always does and the effort he puts into for the job he does he always has a smile on his face.

Nomination: Consistently acts on his initiative to ensure patients are transferred safely and quickly. He also offers help for any tasks that may arise, and never refuses things out his comfort zone.

He is excellent with patients, always with a smile on his face and there to help. Very kind and approachable. Always looks smart, works very hard in his job and will go out of his way to help you"
