His vast medical and physiotherapy knowledge is often taken for granted. He always communicates appropriately with members of staff of different levels ensuring they understand the necessary information. He always remains calm no matter what the situation. He is excellent when dealing with elderly patients and patients with dementia. He has made lots improvements to the service within the department and always striving to create better opportunities for patients and staff.

Nomination: Adrian has excellent knowledge of a wide variety of medical conditions and physiotherapy in elderly patients and those with dementia. He is always happy to share his knowledge in order to help you learn and provide the best treatment for your patients. He is looking for ways to improve the service we provide for our elderly patients. He is excellent when communicating with his patients and with his colleagues and is always very friendly and approachable.

Nomination: Adrian goes above and beyond the point of call for all of his patients. He puts endless amounts of effort into ensuring the best care is provided for all patients. He can answer any question you have for him at the drop of a hat, and does so with enthusiasm and kindness. He is always on hand to help when needed and works efficiently and appropriately with all levels of staff. His patient bedside manner is impeccable and all patients love him and thank him daily. His work with elderly patients with dementia has seen vast improvements throughout the hospital and he has taught other members of staff techniques to use to ensure patient and staff wellbeing, for a happier hospital. He is always striving to improve patient care and staff efficiency. You could not ask for a better therapist or team member.

Nomination: Adrian is very approachable member of the inpatient therapy dept and he is always keen to assist and support with complex patients. He is extremely enthusiastic and is great at imparting his knowledge to students and peers which aids in their development.
