"I recently spent a week in Watford General Hospital and am writing to say thank you for all the care and attention I received. I spent four days in isolation in the AAU department and the staff were marvellous.
"I was then transferred to Sarratt Ward and again I was very well cared for. The staff were all most kind and helpful, from Consultants to cleaners. They were all considerate and all washed their hands very frequently!
"The wards were all very clean and the loos/shower rooms too, and it was good to see the beds pulled out regularly to do a thorough job underneath them. The food was good too and it was heartening to see young nurses patiently feeding old ladies who could not manage themselves.
