Going for Gold Awards for Excellence
Have you experienced a Gold Standard of Service?
Does a member of staff or team deserve to be recognised for their hard work?
You are invited to nominate individual members of staff and teams who you feel deliver a Gold Standard level of service to patients, visitors and staff.
Award Categories:
1. Employee of the Month
The winner of the Team of the Month will be entered for the Team of the Year award
2. Team of the Month
A team that has worked together to improve the experience of service users and colleagues. (Winners will be entered for the Team of the Year).
3. Improving the Patient Experience (yearly award)-
This annual award will be given to an individual or team who have provided outstanding patient care or demonstrated an exceptional service contribution
4. Unsung Hero-
This annual award will be presented to an individual who consistently makes an outstanding contribution, but whose role is not traditionally applauded in the NHS, eg back of house staff
5. Volunteer of the Year (yearly award)-
This annual award will be presented to a volunteer who has made an exceptional contribution or shown dedicated commitment to the Trust.
