During this time, I acquired all my postgraduate qualifications and spent 1 year in the Royal Brompton Hospital as a Research Registrar in Cardiology. After that I took a job as a consultant in Saudi Arabia and after 4 years returned back to the UK to join Acute Medicine in Wexham Park Hospital, where I worked for 11 years before moving to Watford General Hospital.
